Still on track

I’m so proud of myself for staying on track with the modified CrossFit workout my niece gave me.  I’ve done the workouts every day except Tues which was a scheduled off day.  I still need to get my workout in today but I’ve got time for that and then tomorrow is an off day, so it’s all good.  I can definitely tell the workouts are working because my muscles are sore – the good kind of sore.

I’m also getting excited for nanowrimo starting August 1st.  I’ve never written a novel before and I’m a little worried that I won’t be able to meet the 50K word finish line but I’m going to give it all I’ve got!  I’ve got a really good idea that should give me plenty to write about.  I’ll do my best to put updates out here on my progress.
