I’ve started the C25K program again because after being able to complete several 5k’s two years ago I fell off the wagon. So now here I am, 20lbs heavier and I’m starting over. At least I now have this cool little app on my phone that tells me when to walk and when to run so I have no excuses about having to keep time myself(!) I’ve been getting back into running recently so I started the program on week 2. I did the W2D1 workout yesterday without too much trouble so I think I’ll just keep moving forward from here.
