Goal for June

My new goal for June is to run more often so I decided I would try to run 30 miles in 30 days.  I’ve started the Couch to 5K program which will help me run at least every other day and if I do that I should easily rack up 30 miles in June.  I’ve signed up for the Electric Run in July so I’ve got double incentive to finish the C25K program.  I’ll be sure to provide updates along the way…starting later today as I’m headed out for my run right now…ttfn
