I decided that I had better start from the beginning on the C25K program instead of jumping ahead like I started to do. So after doing week 2 I started over from the beginning and I’m glad I did. Even though I had been running on and off for the past couple of months I clearly was having difficulty with the week 2 program – by the last interval I was completely drained. I started over on Friday and it’s been much better. I completed week 1 a day early (clearly, I’m not very good at following directions) and I’ll take a much needed break tomorrow.
As far as my June goal to run 30 miles in 30 days, I’ve gotten a really good start…only 3 days in and I’m already at 9 miles…wee 🙂
