I kind of posted out of order, but whatever!
I wanted to get in one more run for 2014 so I got up early this morning and went to Anytime Fitness to hit the treadmill. The temps were a bit chilly this morning at 32 degrees and I knew I wouldn’t be running outside 😉
I planned to put in 30 minutes using a run/walk split of 5:30/1:00 and during the last 30 seconds of each run segment I would push the incline up to 3.0. All went according to plan, I even went a little longer because I was so close to 2.5 miles, lol – there’s that OCD again! and if I count the warm up & cool down I actually covered 3 miles exactly 🙂
