I’ve completed the first week of Zero to 10K, logging my second run on Friday and the third this afternoon…yeah, that means I didn’t run at all this weekend. Not sure what happened but I kicked my butt out the door today!
I backed off the speed on Friday since I had just run the day before, but I completed the run so that’s a win 😉
I pushed hard again today and I could really feel it…I got winded a couple of times – not sure if that’s good or bad? I’d like to stay in the 10 min/mile range, clearly I’ll need to do a better job of gauging how fast I’m running cuz right now I’m all over the place
I sure hope this means my running mojo is returning 😀
