C25K – Week 5 Day 2

After Tuesday’s (tough) run on the treadmill I decided to alter the program’s running intervals for the rest of Week 5 and beyond. In the past, I’ve stuck to running intervals of 3 mins with recover walks of 1.5 mins. I pushed myself a little further than that on today’s run and it wasn’t so bad. This may be my new interval standard.
