This week was a mixed bag of exercising and being a lazy slug!! Clearly, I need to watch “the video” again (and again…).

Monday 6/12:

Cardio: 3 mi run

6.12.17 run

Strength: 15 min Total Body video

Stretch: 15 mins

Tuesday 6/13: 

Nothing 😦

Wednesday 6/14:

Cardio: HIIT video (extended to 30 min)

Strength: 15 min ARMS video

Stretching: 15 mins

Thursday 6/15:

Nothing 😦

Friday 6/16:

Cardio: HIIT video (extended to 30 min)

Strength: 10 min ABS video

Stretching: 15 mins

Saturday 6/17:

Cardio: Run (it was supposed to be 3 miles but between the humidity and stopping to talk to my neighbor I ended up short…ugh!)

Strength: None

Stretch: 15 min
